Awful government application that doesn't work. This must have cost us, taxpayers, a fortune considering the corruption happening inside BIR is prevalent. Trust me, I have a friend who works in BIR, and she told me in confidence that she has no choice but to accept bribes because they threaten to ruin her life and career.
