It appears that the ALPHALIST DATA ENTRY and VALIDATION program may be using outdated income tax rates. It is recommended to reach out to the program's support or developer to address the issue and obtain the updated tax rates.
To fix the "Specified Return Period not the same" error in Alphalist Validation v07, you need to make sure that the return period specified in the program matches the return period indicated in your BIR form. If they are not the same, adjust the return period in the program accordingly.
Unfortunately, Alphalist Data Entry and Validation doesn't have a password remember option and if you lost the password, then yes, you will need to create a new account.
How can I open Alphalist data entry if I forgot the username and password? Can I reopen it? Please help me, thanks.

The application doesn't have a password reminder option to use it when you lost the one for your account. You now have to either create a new account or reinstall the application, but the registry keys have to be deleted as well. Luckily, after the uninstall procedure you can do this using an application dedicated to this particular job.
You should look in the Help documentation because there is nothing related to how the content needs to be exported. For this type of applications, the easiest way is to use the built-in Export feature. Many applications have a function that allows you to create a backup of your content. However, the version change isn't major which means you should be able to simply load the old content (after it has been exported) to the new version.
I can't sign in to Alphalist Data Entry. I already signed in a few months ago, but I can't sign in again. Why is this happening?

You might need to check your network configuration settings as well as login credentials validity. First go to Start > Control panel > Network and Sharing Center > Network Adapters. Right click the active LAN/Wireless connection and then make sure the IPs are correct in the IPv4 section. Additionally, disable the firewall or allow the application to connect to the servers (if it uses online login). Secondly, contact the IT administrator and ask information about the connection to servers as well as the credentials validity.
Hello! I am validating our DAT file for the 4thQ 2021 Alphalist filing and we have one vendor with ATC code WC690 (REIT), but whenever I validate using the Alphalist Validation Module version 7.0, I keep on encountering error message that ATC is invalid. On BIR website for list of ATC for Expanded Withholding tax, WC690 is part of the list, but it seems it is not part of the Alphalist Validation Module version 7.0. Please help.

It seems that the ATC code WC690 (REIT) is not recognized by the Alphalist Validation Module version 7.0. In this case, it would be best to contact the support team or developers of the software to address this issue. They may provide a solution or an update to include the WC690 ATC code in the validation module.

Download CCleaner to clean the registry files: http://ccleaner.software.informer.com/
